Achoose is committed to providing a reliable, swift, and completely seamless grocery delivery service. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery practices, serviceable areas, delivery times, and fees to guarantee absolute clarity.

1. Serviceable Delivery Regions

We operate highly localized delivery networks within selected cities in India (currently serving key zones in **Bangalore, Karnataka**). Deliveries can only be executed to active locations and verified postal coordinates configured under your account's "Saved Address" menu. If your delivery coordinates fall outside of our active service zones, our Platform will indicate this prior to checkout, preventing order placement.

2. Delivery Timelines and SLA

We pride ourselves on superfast deliveries to protect the quality and freshness of vegetables, fruits, and dairy produce:

• Express Instant Delivery: Under standard operating hours and weather conditions, orders are delivered to your door in **15 to 45 minutes** from payment confirmation.
• Scheduled Delivery Slots: You can select a dedicated delivery slot during checkout (e.g., Morning 7 AM - 10 AM, Evening 5 PM - 8 PM). Your order will arrive strictly within the designated time frame.
• Real-time Tracking: Once your order is dispatched with a registered fleet partner (status: "Out for Delivery"), you can track their real-time location coordinate updates via the mobile app.

3. Delivery Charges and Rates

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between the local sourcing hub and your delivery address coordinates, as well as total order value:

• Standard Delivery Fee: Flat fee ranging between **₹20 to ₹50** depending on distance.
• Free Delivery: All orders above **₹499** qualify for automatic free express delivery.
• All delivery and handling fees (if any) are clearly displayed in your checkout summary before you initiate payment.

4. Delivery Execution and Handover

Our fleet partners will deliver to the door of your registered address. Please ensure that you or a designated receiver is available to accept the parcel. If our delivery boy is unable to contact you or gain access to the premises within 10 minutes of arrival, they will return the items to the hub, and the order will be processed under our standard cancellation policy.

5. Unforeseen Delays

While we target strict compliance with our express delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to severe monsoon rain, local traffic blockades, public holidays, or unforeseen road blockages. In the event of a significant delay, our customer support team or delivery partner will contact you directly.
