To use our delivery services, you must register and secure your profile using a verified mobile number (authenticated via OTP). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including contact details and delivery coordinates. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and verification status.
We source daily fresh produce and grocery essentials. While we make every effort to display accurate stock availability, real-time demand fluctuations may result in a selected product becoming unavailable post checkout. In such instances, we reserve the right to substitute with equivalent products or initiate instant refunds to your original payment source.
All prices listed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes unless declared otherwise. Prices of seasonal farm produce (vegetables and fruits) are subject to changes based on daily market sourcing rates.
By placing an order, you agree to buy the selected items at the listed prices along with any applicable delivery and container fees. All payments must be processed instantly at checkout. We do not store or capture any payment details; all transactions are executed securely via our PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateway integrator, **Razorpay**. Once verified, the order status changes immediately to "Confirmed" in our system, initiating automated delivery fulfillment.
You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the safety, operational integrity, or performance of the Platform. This includes attempting to access unauthorized admin dashboard areas, manipulating API routes, creating spam/duplicate address profiles, or providing false delivery coordinate maps.
All content, designs, logos, software structures, text, graphics, and underlying source codes featured on this Platform are the intellectual property of Achoose Online Delivery Services and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Achoose Online Delivery Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our delivery platform, including delays in arrival times arising from severe weather, local road conditions, transit blockades, or regional network downtime.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
